
You’ve visited us and you know we are the right center for you! Now what? Enrollment is super easy!
Our enrollment process is simple and all online! Once you have taken a tour and give us a start date, you will receive an email with an link to our enrollment packet.
The packet will have all the forms and information that we require. Once that packet is complete and submitted, the information is put together for our office files. Your family is added to our Tadpoles program. Now you are ready to go!
(Note: At this time we are unable to complete food program forms online, so those will be completed on the first day attended)

Be sure to check out your child’s classroom page for a list of items needed. You can visit the classroom tab above.
Don’t forget! 30 days after enrollment, a copy of your child’s last physical as well as a copy of up to date immunizations are due.
